PUERTO ESCONDIDO DAZZLES AS SEASON END LOOMS

The southern hemisphere’s big wave season is drawing to a close. Indeed, the WSL close their window for competition at the end of the month. But that doesn’t mean those south swells have stopped setting alight Puerto Escondido, as evidenced here from early last week.

There’s still a few weeks remaining before all attention focuses on Portugal’s behemoth, Nazare and Hawaii’s Jaws. And yet, looking forward, there’s a spicy sounding 5ft@16 secs southerly that could set off Mex Pipe next week, as the season winds down.
