Film keeps touring through Australia and Hawaii

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 26 June 2017 – Tim Bonython, director, and producer of “The Big Wave Project: A Band of Brothers” has just announced that the film received its final poster artwork by Hilton Alves and will play several encore shows.
The new poster features a beyond belief peak at Nanzaré in Alves’ signature style of illustration.
The film travels across Australia, Tahiti and finally to Europe’s new frontier of Nazaré, in Portugal. Featured surfers include Jamie Mitchell, Aaron Gold, Mark Healey, Ryan Hipwood, Grant “Twiggy” Baker and Billy Kemper, with insights from Peter Mel, big wave icon Greg Noll, the legendary late Brock Little.
The Big Wave Project features at the Maui Film Festival this Thursday night at 8 pm. But also does Encore shows (due to public demand) in Adelaide this Sunday, then the 30th of June at the Avoca Beach Theatre, Sat 1st in Newcastle, The Collaroy Thursday 6th of July, Balgowlah RSL 7th July & Final show Palm Beach RSL Saturday 8th.
